Our multi-generational family trip from Moscow to New York via British Airways was made outstanding by the dedicated and friendly staff at the British Airways Moscow Office. With two toddlers, myself, my partner, and two elderly parents, we anticipated challenges. But from the moment we contacted the Moscow team, every interaction was smooth and reassuring. They helped us coordinate the best flight timings, arranged bassinets for our infants, and ensured that my parents had aisle seats with extra legroom. What truly stood out was their empathy, every staff member we dealt with showed sincere interest in making sure we felt prepared and informed. When we visited the office in person, we were warmly welcomed. The staff reviewed our travel documents, discussed baggage guidelines, and even helped us prepare a checklist for baby essentials on board. It was clear they were experienced in handling family travel logistics, and their guidance was spot-on. Once on board, the pre-arranged accommodations made a huge difference. We were able to travel without stress, knowing our children and parents were well looked after. We thank  British Airways for making our trip so special.
