    Mutants are spawning on top of the player when loading a game, even with the exclusion setting turned to 100. I have noticed this in Cordon (in front of the tunnel) and at Garbage. Is there any way to fix this? Getting killed, loading a game and getting greeted by 4 bloodsuckers which were not there before kinda sucks.
