If you’ve recently purchased a Trezor hardware wallet, the first step to securing your cryptocurrency begins at Trezor.io/start. This is the official setup portal where you’ll find everything you need to safely initialize your device.

At Trezor.io/start, you’ll be guided through installing Trezor Suite, the official desktop and web application for managing your crypto. Once installed, you’ll connect your Trezor device, update its firmware, and create a new wallet. During setup, the wallet will generate a recovery seed (a unique set of 12–24 words). Write this seed down and store it safely offline—it’s the only way to recover your assets if your device is lost or damaged.
