Игра совсем не запускается, настройки не доступны, ставил все патчи кроме последнего

Удаление кеша не помогло, касательно настроек можно по подробнее? Спасибо

Добрый, доиграл до 5 главы и вышел на день, пытаюсь сейчас зайти и вот такая ошибка, может кто сталкивался или может помочь?
